I would not recommend this Pep Boys location based on my experience. I brought my car in for repairs and was already dealing with a vehicle that has high mileage, so I expected the work to be done carefully and professionally. Instead, I have serious concerns about both the quality of the repairs and the documentation I was given. The mileage was recorded incorrectly on my paperwork, which affected my warranty situation. I also have concerns that work I paid for was either not completed properly or not completed at all. After the repair, my car is now leaking significantly more oil than it was before it was brought in. I paid a substantial amount of money expecting professional automotive work, and instead I have been left with additional problems and questions about what was actually done to my vehicle. I am extremely disappointed with the experience and am currently looking into my options regarding the repairs and documentation.

I am 100% satisfied with the service I received for new brakes from my time of arrival until service completion. I was treated with courtesy every time my check in team member walked to the waiting lounge to provide initial cost estimate with offering a 10% discount and several progress updates while I waited, in addition to the status updates I received by text. One of the mechanics even stopped in passing to get the cable tv on without me asking for assistance. The mechanic who worked on my vehicle explained everything in detail even showing me the metal on metal condition of wear causing the loud scraping noise, saying to come back if a slight sound from the new parts coating might briefly occur and does not silence right away. I was amazed that my wait time was only about 1 hour after initial inspection for cost estimate, even with the parts vendor had delivered the wrong part and had to redeliver the correction. I left Pep Boys feeling like a highly valued customer through out my entire experience. Thank you🤗

As a small business owner, keeping my fleet on the road is critical, and when one of my vans needed a last-minute repair, they truly went above and beyond to help. Instead of treating me like just another customer, Bobby and Trent understood the urgency of my situation and worked tirelessly to get my vehicle repaired as quickly as possible. Their professionalism, communication, and commitment to customer satisfaction were second to none. They demonstrated genuine care, exceptional technical knowledge, and a willingness to do whatever it took to keep my business moving. Called to schedule appointment for 4 wheel alignment and got one for same day. The service writer was friendly, respectful and knowledgeable and immediately inspected the vehicle and prepared the work order. I observed the mechanic complete a thorough inspection of the steering and suspension before doing the alignment. Upon completion the mechanic explained the service using before and after chart. The service took less than 1:30 minutes from start to finish. I was pleasantly surprised with the experience. Highly recommend

Good experience had the assistant manager assit us he was quite friendly. We went in for a wheel alignment he was quite knowledgeable about the issues we were having. There is a bit of a wait but is expected. Ample parking space. Right across the road from Panera Bread. Overall good experience. Went back a while for diagnostic check as my engine light was on. It needed a thermostat with the housing. It was very costly over a thousand dollars total for parts and service. Only good thing is that I have there pep boys card and can pay monthly. But there prices run quite high.
